The modern means of proof that emerged as a result of technological development have contributed greatly to assisting the judiciary to reach the truth and judge with justice, as they contribute to knowing the plaintiff who is the defendant, and also help those who bear the burden of proof, whether they are read, visible or audible, as the technological development he showed us multiple forms of proof that leave no room for doubt after we knew that they are methods and not readers, and knowing their conditions so that they are among the means that judges rely on in the judicial process, which contributes to speeding up judicial procedures for many pending trials because there are insufficient means to resolve the dispute.

all this showed us a new topic that includes the means under it, which is the electronic judiciary and the branch of electronic evidence methods.
