تواجه مسألة تطبيق أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية، عقبات و تحديات سياسية كبيرة، تحول دون الاحتكام إليها في مجالاتالحياة كافة، خاصة في تأريخنا الحديث و المعاصر، و تحديدا بعد سقوط الخلافة الإسلامية، و ما تبع ذلك من أحداث دوليةوإقليمية جسيمة، نتج عنها أنظمة حكم عربية و إسلامية في شتى الاتجاهات: فبعضها تنكر للأثر و أقتفي طائر الغرب، و بعضها تمسك بما هو موجود من رقعة جغرافية صغيرة، و أخرى قبائلية أو عرقية أو بولاءات بعيدة عن المنهج الاسلاميفي الحكم، ثم تبع ذلك ظهور بثور سياسية متعددة، لها أبلغ الأثر في الابتعاد القسري أو المختار عن تطبيق أحكامالشريعة، و منها: التدخل الأجنبي في شؤون الدول العربية و الإسلامية، و منها: إتجاهات اللجوء الى المناهج الغربية فيالحكم، و تشويه صورة الإسلام في ميادين السياسة و الإعلام و الفكر، و بث الرعب و الخوف من تطبيق هذه الشريعة، و منها: إتهام الشرع الإسلامي بعدم صلاحيته للحكم، و بعض ما فعلته المنظمات الدولية أو التحالفات السياسية بسلخالجزء عن الكل، حتى لم يعد مترابطا، وغيرها من عوامل سياسية لها الأثر الواضح في ترك الاحتكام للشريعة الإسلامية، الأمر الذي يناقشه هذا البحث في أطره النظرية، متسلحا بما كتب سابقا و من مصادر شرعية و سياسية مختلفة.

English Abstract

The issue of implementing the provisions of Islamic law faces major politicalobstacles and challenges that prevent it from resorting to it in all areas of life, especially in our modern and contemporary history, and specifically after the fallof the Islamic Caliphate, and the massive international and regional events thatfollowed, which resulted in Arab and Islamic ruling systems in various Trends: Some of them deny the impact and track down the bird of the West, and some ofthem adhere to what is present in a small geographical area, and others are tribal, ethnic, or loyalties far from the Islamic approach to governance, then followed bythe emergence of multiple political blasts that have the greatest impact on theforced or chosen distance from the application Sharia provisions, including: foreigninterference in the affairs of Arab and Islamic countries, including: the trends ofresorting to Western approaches to governance, distorting the image of Islamin the fields of politics, media and thought, spreading fear and fear of applyingthis law, including: accusing the Islamic law of its inability to rule, and some Whatinternational organizations or political alliances have done by separating the partfrom the whole, until it is no longer interconnected, and other political factors thathave a clear impact in leaving the appeal to Islamic law, which is discussed in thisresearch in its frameworks now It is theoretical, armed with what was previouslywritten and from various legal and political sources.
