Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the level of leadership skills of Arab schools` principals within the Green Line, as well as to identify the level of administrative creativity among school principals, and to reveal the relationship between leadership skills and administrative innovation as perceived by teachers.

To achieve the objectives of the study and to answer its questions, the descriptive correlative method was used.

By constructing a questionnaire consisting: of two parts; 1st part: leadership skills dimensions, 2nd part: dimensions of administrative creativity.

The sample of the study was selected by using stratified random sample.

The sample included 803 teachers.

The results showed that the degree of leadership skills of Arab schools` principals within the Green Line was high, as well as the existence of a high degree of administrative creativity among principals.

The results also showed a statistically significant relationship between leadership skills and administrative creativity from the point of view of teachers.
