Organizations to face competition use one strategy from Blue Ocean Strategy (B.
O.
S) or Red Ocean Strategy (R.
O.
S).
Organization use The Blue Ocean Strategy dimensions, which are increase, reduction innovation and elimination.
or use The Red Ocean Strategy to face competition and take more market share through traditional tools such as compete in existing market space, exploit existing demand, make the costvalue trade-off, align the whole system of a organization's activities with its strategic choice of differentiation or low cost.
The aim of this research is investigating the extent of adoption of the Blue Ocean Strategy in the Egyptian organizations in Tenth of Ramadan city and its role in enhancing the competitive advantage.
This has been investigated through the implementation of the (B.
O.
S) indicators (Innovation, Increase, Reduction and Elimination).
Any Organization choose Marketing competitive strategy to achieve its objectives from (B.
O.
S) or (R.
O.
S).
Researcher test the research problem by using descriptive method through sample tool which distributed (341) responses from organizations management to find research results &recommendations.
