Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the experience of the Malaysian Islamic capital market in the field of Islamic financial innovation, which has witnessed a remarkable development and gained a great position at the global level.

On this basis, we presented in the theoretical part the role of Islamic financial engineering in creating Islamic products, methods for developing these products and strategies for the success of Islamic financial innovation, then we studied the Malaysian experience by presenting the Malaysian Islamic capital market, the organizations responsible for innovation and development in it, and finally we studied the development of some of the Islamic financial tools used in it, and we concluded that Malaysia seeks to develop and innovate a wide range of tools and services To support the Islamic capital market, it is also working on developing financial tools and finding financing solutions that support the global demand for green projects while adhering to the rules of Islamic Sharia.

Since the Malaysian Islamic capital market is considered the pioneer in the field of innovation and use of Islamic financial instruments, we suggested adopting its experience in Algeria by establishing a special department for dealing in accordance with the principles of Islamic Sharia in the Algiers Stock Exchange.
