Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the role of school health departments in achieving quality standards in their fields in Hebron Governorate.

The sample consisted of heads of school health departments in the governorate.

The researcher adopted the qualitative method and the grounded theory interviews analysis.

The results clarified the role of school health departments in achieving quality standards.

These standards were represented by planning to control the quality standards identifying and prioritizing strengths and weaknesses following up of the implementation plan, evaluating the field work of the employees activating communication through networking with parents and institutions motivating workers in school health departments and health committee coordinators to participate in training sessions and workshops; and provide the necessary support to schools to support them in achieving quality standards.
