The research deals with the subject of mediation in personal status and its role in achieving family stability by activating mediation in settling personal status disputes as it is an alternative and contemporary means to achieve justice between opponents, where we touched on the concept of mediation in general and in personal status in particular, then we explained in it the types of mediation and qualifications The family mediator and the procedures followed in it, then we concluded this research with a conclusion in which we reached the most prominent results and recommendations.
