Abstract EN

This study, which was conducted on a sample estimated of 50 counselors for school and vocational guidance and counseling for the Wilaya of Setif, aimed to : determine the counseling needs in academic skills that improve the level of achievement motivation among secondary school students from the point of view of counselors for school guidance and counseling in the Wilaya of Setif.

where the study tool was represented by the guiding needs form, related to the motivation of achievement and academic achievement, according to what the guidance and school and vocational counseling consultants of Setif state see, and since the study aims to explore the educational needs of the learner in the secondary stage, the descriptive curriculum has been adopted.

after statistical treatment of the study data, the results showed some desirable guidance needs that might be needed by the sample study to achieve a high rate of achievement motivation and academic achievement.
