The research focused on the introduction to achieving the explanation of the rational by Dr.

Hammam Saeed and the extent to which the criteria of innovation and creativity apply to them.

The research was divided into two sections: the first: the concept of innovation, its criteria and its components; the second: the parameters of innovation in the introduction to the explanation of the rationales.

And I concluded that this introduction is an unprecedented innovative work in the science of rational that had significant impact in the horizons of scientific research in the science of the rational in Hadith science.
