This research deals with the topic of complementing the objectives of Sharia, and its effect on Ijtihad.

In order to clarify this effect, the research review examples from bank transactions.

The researchers used the inductive approach and the analytical approach in order to achieve the objectives of the research.

One of the most important results of which was that the complementary objectives of the Sharia play an important role in the legislation of the provisions of banking transactions.

The effect of this was evident when looking at the events of modern transactions that take place between people.
