The study aimed at the importance of organizations to invest in the human element and increase its knowledge and development like other intangible assets, and in defining and clarifying strategies, clear work mechanisms and developing the skills and capabilities of work team members with the goals of the institution in the long term and benefiting from the availability of effective communication systems in clarifying the nature of the approved strategy.

this study relied on the analytical descriptive research method appropriate for the purposes of the research.

a questionnaire was used to collect information and several statistical methods were used that fit the objectives of this study.

four hypotheses were developed and this was selected using a set of statistical methods (SPSS version 22) by analyzing the correlation and influence relationships between the two variables, the independent variable represented in the knowledge capital, and the dependent variable represented in organizational development and its dimensions, and several results were reached, the most important of which are there is a strong correlation and positive effect between the study variables.
