Abstract EN

This study aimed to show the impact of talent management strategies in total quality management, on a sample of private hospitals in J9ordan.

(7) private hospitals in Amman were selected out of (13) hospitals; they are Islamic hospital, Jordan hospital, Istishari hospital, al-Isra hospital, Dar al-Salaam hospital, ibn al-Haytham, and Shmeisani hospital).

, and it included the selection of the analysis and inspection unit (senior management, middle management, and executive management), and their number reached (139) respondents.

and questionnaires were distributed to the study sample in the seven hospitals the answers were analyzed with measuring the study variables, which included talent management strategies (talent engagement strategy, talent retention strategy, talent development strategy, and talent identification strategy) and the dependent variable total quality management with its dimensions (support and commitment of senior management, customer focus, employee empowerment, continuous improvement).
