Abstract EN

The research is concerned with studying the arbitration verse contained in Surat An-Nisa, which is the Almighty's saying: (35) And if you fear dissension between the two, send an arbitrator from his people and an arbitrator from her people.

If they both desire reconciliation, Allāh will cause it between them.

Indeed, Allāh is ever Knowing and Aware.

The most prominent issues related to it are: Who ordered the arbitration: is it the Sultan or the couple? Arbitration conditioning: Is it an arbitrator or agency? And the extent of the two arbiters' consideration: is it limited to what the spouses have entrusted to them and declared their submission to him, or they look at reform, and in giving and taking, except in separation, or they look at everything, and blame the oppressor, and they go about what they saw of survival or separation? .
