Abstract EN

The aim of the research is to shed light on the theoretical foundations of competitive advantage in terms of concept, importance, objectives and foundations on which it is based, sources, strategies and types of competitive advantage, as well as clarifying the importance of the stage and institutions of kindergartens in Egypt and their objectives and analyzing the reality of these institutions in the light of indicators of competitive advantage, in an attempt to reach some the proposals that contribute to achieving the competitive advantage in it, and the descriptive approach was used, and the research reached some results, including the weak ability of kindergarten institutions to achieve the competitive advantage, due to the absence of the organizational structure in them and their lack of filling the deficit in the number of teachers and the consequent lack of teamwork and the absence of team spirit, lack of the use of advanced technological devices in kindergarten institutions, especially in remote areas, what suits kindergarten institutions from the types of competitive advantage is product excellence, and one of the problems facing the competitive advantage in kindergarten institutions is administrative chaos and successive decisions that are not studied and are not associated with the actual reality of these institutions.
