The research aims to identify psychological exhaustion among female teachers of the University of Mosul and to identify some differences for some variables under study for a sample of (60) faculty members.

Cronbach, which amounted to (0.97) and Gottman )0.95), and adopted the appropriate statistical methods using the Spss program to find the results of the research, which showed the presence of a high level of psychological exhaustion among university teaching staff, and no differences appeared in psychological exhaustion according to the study variables, in the light of which a number of recommendations were formulated.
