The concept of soft power is one of the main pillars in the field of international relations for a long time, and although Joseph Nye was the first to state it, it also appeared since the twenties through the Italian philosopher and thinker Antonio Gramsci in the theory of cultural hegemony, but according to the surrounding environment and international factors affecting the course of Events, we find that the concept of power has developed and the concepts associated with it have multiplied throughout history, and the technological progress that the world witnessed had a great impact on the development of the concepts of power in general and the concept of soft power in particular, and therefore we find that the concept of soft power was used in many fields, especially with regard to ethics.

Arts, diplomacy, culture and related matters, so soft power means that the state has a power that embodies ideas, principles and morals, whose features are manifested in the fields of human rights, infrastructure, culture, art, education, sports, technology...etc.

It has recently taken upon itself to show its strength by establishing friendly relations with many Arab and foreign countries as well.
