Abstract EN
research results: 1- The application of strategic human resources management leads to an increase in the ability of Islamic banks to identify their objectives, weaknesses, strengths, opportunities and threats.
2- The application of strategic human resources management leads to an increase in the ability of Islamic banks to forecast their needs of human resources in quantity and quality and to develop them in a manner consistent with achieving their strategic objectives.
3- There is an inverse relationship between the strategic application of human resources management and the rate of work turnover and absence in Islamic banks.
4- There is a direct relationship between the application of strategic human resources management and the quality of performance of employees in Islamic banks.
Recommendations: - The necessity of applying strategic human resources management because it supports the success of the strategic plan of Islamic banks.
- Working to quickly discover opportunities in the external environment to invest them in the sources of self-manpower for Islamic banks .
- Detecting weaknesses in Islamic banks, determining their effects, and preparing for their treatment.
