Abstract EN

The aim of the research is to present a strategic development proposal to implement the dimensions of blended education according to khan's model and its relationship to the quality of educational outputs in Palestinian secondary schools.

the research employed the descriptive and analytical approach, and to achieve the research objectives, the researchers used the questionnaire as a tool for data collection, and the research applied to a sample consisting of (122) a teacher and teacher in palestinian secondary schools in the Gaza strip, and the research has reached several results, the most important of which are: that the relative arithmetic mean of all paragraphs of the level of application of the dimensions of blended education according to the khan model is equal to (68.86%), that the relative arithmetic mean of all paragraphs that achieve the quality of educational outcomes is equal to (66.93%), and the results also showed a positive, statistically significant relationship between the level of application of the dimensions of blended education according to the khan model and the achievement of the quality of educational outcomes in palestinian secondary schools, and the presence of an impact of moral significance at the level of significance (α≤0.05) for the application of the dimensions of blended education according to khan's model on the quality of educational outcomes in palestinian secondary schools, the two researchers recommended the necessity of implementing the strategic development application proposal.
