The study aimed to identify the effect of applying the Skandia Explorer model with its components (structural capital, human capital, in addition to a research proposal proposed by the researcher, which is social capital), on the performance of intellectual capital in terms of: (efficiency of the human element, structural "organizational" assets, Relationships of the institution), And Application on Insurance Companies-Palestine.

The study reached a number of results, including: - There is a degree of approval by the current study sample personnel on the field of the Skandia Explorer model for all insurance companies in Palestine, and that the level of employee perceptions about the performance of intellectual capital was significant.

- There is a statistically significant relationship between the dimensions of the Skandia Explorer model and the performance of intellectual capital with insurance companies in Palestine.

- There is a statistically significant relationship for all dimensions of the Skandia Explorer model in the intellectual capital performance of insurance companies in Palestine.

The study presented a set of recommendations, including: - Providing all the necessary advanced technology to accelerate internal operations.

- Providing aids to innovation, creativity, and information delivery correctly.

- Emphasizing the importance of training for the development of human capital, in order to continue its development, in order to ensure the successful performance of intellectual capital as a whole in achieving its goals and the goals of the organization.

- Adopting a philosophy of social responsibility, by supporting charitable and civil societies, providing sponsorships, and making investments in fields other than insurance for the community.
