This study aimed to clarify the aspects of the legal regulation of biological crime in the Jordanian legislature and international charters and agreements And it reached a number of results, the most important of which is that the biological crime has its own legal status and a criminal description of an independent crime, where the legal model for its existence requires a specific tool represented by the biological weapon.In terms of its legal structure - the elements - where the elements of the material and moral elements in this crime differ from the ordinary crime, as well as criminalization and punishment, in addition to the fact that this terrorist crime can only be committed intentionally by the terrorist criminal as it is characterized by a lethal ability, to cause damage If it is used, it will spread panic, fear and instability among citizens, and affect the political prestige of the state, whether in its regional or international surroundings.The study recommended that the legal text in Jordanian legislation that criminalizes any act that could use germs or microbes to cause harm to society or spread it to people should be included.
