Abstract EN

The current research aims to identify (job stability according to Elton Mayo's theory among secondary school principals from the teachers' point of view).

The current research has identified the faculty members in the morning governmental secondary schools in the General Directorate of Education Wasit Center for the academic year (2020-2021).

The research sample consists of (301) teachers of (150) males and (151) females, chosen from the original community of public school teachers in Wasit governorate, whose number is (377) teachers in (secondary schools).

The researcher extracted the indicators of validity and reliability of the scale.

The researcher used a set of statistical methods, including (the arithmetic mean,.

Standard deviation, the Cronbach alpha equation, the Kay-square T-test for two independent samples).

The statistical bag (SPSS) was used to reach the required results in the research procedures.

The current research concluded that the managers of Secondary schools from the point of view of their teachers provide an intermediate level of job stability management.

There are statistically significant differences in job stability from the viewpoint of secondary school teachers according to the variable (gender) in favor of females.

There are no statistically significant differences in job stability from the viewpoint of secondary school teachers according to the variable (Job service).
