In addition, the nature of their professional work requires dealing with patients in various specialties around the clock, and this requires Their enjoyment of psychological availability, which represents the feeling of the presence of cognitive, physical and emotional resources and their investment in work and the role entrusted to the individual, it is one of the positive variables that are related to positive feeling, confidence and enthusiasm that drives individuals towards their roles at work Therefore, the researcher chose to be a sample of his study of health cadres, and the aim of the research is to identify the level of their psychological availability and to identify the significance of the difference in psychological availability among health cadres according to the variable (gender, occupational service).
