The aim of the current research is to identify the effectiveness of a proposed strategy according to the theory of the creative self in development thinking among students of faculties of education, by verifying the following hypothesis.

And educational supervision with the proposed strategy and the average achievement scores of students who study the same subject in the traditional way in the post-achievement test.

The second-grade students of the College of Education, Department of History at the University of Al-Qadisiyah, were identified in the subject of administration and educational supervision for the academic year 2021-2022.

The researcher chose two divisions by random assignment, so the number of sample students reached ( 65) by (32) students for the experimental group and (33) students for the control group, and the students of the two research groups (experimental and control) were satisfied in the variables (chronological age in months, intelligence, and previous information in the subject of administration and educational supervision, and for the purpose of determining the research objectives, the researcher prepared a group of Plans according to the proposed strategy and to ascertain the extent to which they can be applied to students.
