Abstract EN

The start-up sector has become a concern for many government policies, especially given its place in the economies of countries and its role in development and economic growth issues.

Developing countries today are based on the skills and creativity of individuals in institutional work, rather than relying solely on natural resources and rents that are disappearing, so programs and procedures have been developed to improve the business climate and creative initiatives and to motivate young people to create their own innovative institutions.

From this point of view, this research aims to highlight the conceptual framework of start-up institutions, as well as the orientation of Algerian youth towards start-ups, in addition to trying to refer to the actions of the Algerian state in order to support young people and work on the success of this type of institutions, and from our findings that the Algerian state has established facilities for ambitious young people to introduce a new concept of the Algerian economic arena, namely, emerging institutions.
