This research paper is concerned with highlighting the mechanisms used to support emerging institutions that have come to play an important role in economic activity, whether at the level of developed or developing countries alike, by paying attention to the micro-enterprises that are one of the solutions to combat the unemployment problem, as well as promoting the country's economic and social development.

Algeria has taken a set of strategies with the aim of reducing unemployment, and among the most prominent of these strategies is the establishment of business incubators, which are a mechanism to support and finance small enterprises, with the aim of giving an impetus to young entrepreneurs, accompanying and qualifying them in a way that makes this emerging enterprise rise to the ranks of successful enterprises.
