In light of economic transformations and global changes, Algeria has tended to gradually change the economic policy by relying on market forces, which increased interest in private institutions and as a result the emergence of the emerging enterprise sector that plays an important role in the field of diversification.The industrial structure, we are trying, through this intervention, to introduce emerging institutions, how to finance them, and the most important financing problems that they are exposed to while highlighting the reality of these institutions in Algeria
