Abstract EN

In this research we tried to dismantle two fundamental problems that hinder the performance androle of the university today, both at the level of internal structure in terms of performance and outputand at the level of leadership and investment in the external environment, social and economic in particular.

In order to achieve this research we tried to approach the three variables (university, quality, and environment).

This has enabled us to dismantle research on a number of dimensions andindicators, in which we finished after analyzing the result to stand up at a number of importantconclusions, and thus confirmed the multiplicity and complexity of the University of Algerian'sproblems at the level of output; despite attempts to reform the reformation and to apply the qualityassurance system after the year 2008.

This was reflected in itself and contributed to the deepeningof the relationship between the university and its surrounding socio-economic, especially the crisis.

Inthe last point of this research we have tried to provide a scientific vision possible to repair a seriousand deep partnership between all activists.

It concerns the Algerian university both at the level of itsframeworks and programs, and also at the level of the overall quality system as well as itsperformance, their impact and influence in the surrounding diversity, and differences.
