Until now all actions and measures taken by the Official Authorities in Charge did notwork in reduction of the phenomenon of traffic accidents because it have taken an upwardturn and a rise in the death toll recorded every year, and what increased the risk of thesituation is the frequent occurrence of bus crashes with mass transportation, which killsdozens of people at once; like the incident witnessed in Laghouat Province May 2016 andresulted in the death of 33 people, given this situation was the duty of all socialinstitutions, whether official or non-official, to move towards finding appropriate solutionsto the phenomenon, and between these institutions which are in direct contact with theroad traffic accidents, we find Civil Protection device where the last has consistently andacross all the national soil organized sensitization and awareness campaigns for the benefitof drivers and carry out activities that are in the framework of the publication ofpreventive behaviors of traffic, with the assistance of the media and communicationcampaigns, However, in spite of the intensity of these campaigns, but the roads are stillharvest a lot of human lives on a daily basis, hence it highlights the goal of our study to seehow efficient communication campaigns directed to address the phenomenon of trafficaccidents highlighted the nature of the campaigns carried out by the Directorate of CivilProtection with model of Laghouat Province
