Abstract EN

This study aims at trying to know the degree of the application of the Saida cement factory for total quality management, where we have directed a questionnaire for its workers of different job ranks, and which includes six axes related to the principles of total quality management.

The outcome of this study was that the Saida cement factory applies total quality management to a medium degree, the study also demonstrated that there is a statistically significant effect of all principles of total quality management on its application, and that the principle of making decisions on the basis of facts had the greatest impact on the application of total quality management in the Saida cement factory.
