الهدف من إعداد اللاعب هو الوصول به إلى الجاهزية لدخول المنافسة وتحقيق أحسن أداء وأحسن النتائج وتعتبر مرحلة الإعداد ذات أهمية بالغة لدى مدربي كرة القدم الذين يولونها اهتمام كبير وتهدف إلى تحضير اللاعب بدنيا.
مهاريا وخططيا وكل مدرب والجانب الذي يركز عليه حسب فلسفته ووفق الأسس والمعايير العلمية وبالإضافة لتلك الجوانب نجد النفسي، المعرفي، العقلي والفسيولوجي التي لها دورها هي الأخرى.
Abstract EN
The goal of preparing the player is to get him ready to enter the competition and achieve the best performance and the best results, it is very important this period for football coaches, and the objective of this period to prepare the player physically ,technically and tactically, each coach and the side that focuses on him according to his philosophy and the scientific rules, in addition to those aspects we find psychological, cognitive and physiological wich have a role.
