it can not be revoked or amended except by agreement of the parties.

however, this principle was influenced by the progress in the scientific field and the industrial and technological excellence which helped to promote consumption patterns and values through targeted advertising resulting in increased consumption problematics, taking into account the current requirements with regard to the type of market, goods, service and marketing methods that are often presented in the form of model contracts prepared in advance individually by intervenor who arbitrarily uses the criterion of economic superiority to oblige the consumer to accept contract terms because he's the weakest part in the contractual relationship, which leads legal problems to adapt the contract from the judge to protect the weak part.
