Keeping away the administration system and involving it in the election operation was one of the basic task of the popular movement of the February 22nd 2019, from which the national independent authority for the elections was created in order to prepare the presidential elections which may help the country to solve the political crisis.

the December 12th 2019 presidential elections were a hard test for the national independent authority for the elections, and its ability to organize an electoral operation in which the transparency and integrity should he warranted and protect the electors voices.

never the less, the hard conditions in which the national independent authority for the elections and the different pressions, the short time which was given to prepare the elections, all the affected the authority to do a good job without any experience which the first one in Algeria
