JEL: G17, G19, G320, G32The aim of this study is to highlight the role that the financial risk management plays, to discover the risks that the company might encounter, in order to manage and minimize them, in order to help avoid the financial failure, and the importance of the early warnings of the financial failure to protect the company from this financial failure that often, lead to the company's bankruptcy.

The occurrence of the financial failure of the company, due to several considerations and perhaps the most important one is the poor financial management of the company, might lead it to the inability to reach the balance of its charges with its revenues, by reason of the non-covering of these revenues by these charges.
