في هذا العمل، تم استخدام مناهج متعدد الأساليب لتوليد فوائد رقمنة سلسلة توريد الأدوية.
حيث تم إجراء مراجعة للأدبيات النظرية لالتقاط المفاهيم الرئيسية و التفاعلات بين إدارة مخاطر سلسلة التوريد و تكنولوجيا المعلومات في سلسلة توريد الأدوية، بالإضافة إلى القيام بمقابلات مع موظفي صيدليات المستشفي الجامعي بتلمسان و تحليلها لتحديد الأسباب المختلفة لنقص الأدوية.
بالتركيز على دور برنامجي «EPIPHARM» و «G-PHARM» في صيدلية المستشفى، تم التوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج على رأسها: التكنولوجيا الرقمية تتمتع بالقدرة على تحديث سلسلة توريد الأدوية بطريقة يمكن أن تخدم أيضا الأهداف المشتركة للاقتصاد من خلال تقليل التكاليف و تحسين جودة الرعاية ما يساعد على تحسين الحالة الصحية للمرضى في أفضل الظروف.

Abstract EN
In this work, multi-modality approaches were used to generate the benefits of digitizing the drug supply chain.
A review of the theoretical literature was conducted to capture the key concepts and interactions between them, also interviewing and analyzing the staff of Tlemcen University Hospital pharmacies to determine the various causes of drug shortages.
Focusing on the role of the “EPIPHARM” and “G-PHARM” software in the hospital pharmacy.
IT can modernize the pharmaceutical supply chain in a way that can also serve the common goals of the economy by reducing costs and improving the quality of care provided.
