Abstract EN

This study aimed at pinpointing the relationship between the intellectual stagnancy and the declamatory poise for AL Damir town youth in Valley Nile .Sudan the current study derive into significance from tackling the issue intellectual stagnancy as are of the important issues which has not been tackled by the researches before according to the researcher limits of the knowledge in the study area , therefore, the current study is a real addition to the scientific research.

The method that is used in this study is the descriptive analytic method , the sample of the study was (500) youth , male and female in (2022AD) , The were chosen by haphazard sample ,And in order to achieve the aim of the study the two researchers used the measurement of intellectual stagnancy and the declamatory poise the data was analyzed by using the means , standard deviation , and (T) test , the results indicated the low level up take of intellectual stagnancy and declamatory poise as well as the study found a positive statistical signification correlation between the intellectual stagnancy and declamatory poise among males , the declamatory poise indicates for intellectual stagnancy , the study recommends for raising the cultural aware is among the Sudanese comment and enhancing the acquaintance with each other ,bridging the ethnic and cultural and preparing instructional programs in school curricular into combat tribalism and ethnicity.
