تعد الودائع المصرفية ديون واجبة الدفع على المصارف و من البديهي أن سلامة النظام النقدي إجمالا يقوم على سلامة أدواته: النقود و الودائع، وأي خطر يهدد هذه الودائع و الثقة فيها يشكل تهديدا مباشرا للنظام النقدي، لذلك ظهرت الحاجة إلى وجود نظام لضمان الودائع يعمل على توفير إمكانية تعويض فئات من المودعين أصحاب أنواع معينة من الودائع بنسبة من ودائعهم التي تتعرض للخطر نتيجة تعثر المصرف وتوقفه عن الدفع
Abstract EN
Bank deposits are debt owed to banks and it is obvious that the integrity of the monetary system In general, the safety of its instruments: money and deposits, and any threat to and confidence in these deposits poses a direct threat to the monetary system.
Therefore, there is a need for a deposit guarantee system that provides the possibility of compensating categories of depositors with certain types of deposits The bank stumbled and stopped paying.
