Abstract EN

The study dealt with the means of popular control over the work of the administration in Islamic Sharia and Sudanese law.

The problem of the study was that the nation is a source of the rulers’ powers just as the rulers are its representatives.

Thus, the nation has the right to monitor them in all their actions and bring them back to the right whenever they make mistakes and straighten them whenever they are crooked.

During popular censorship, it is considered one of the most effective means to respond to injustice.

The study used the comparative inductive method.

One of the most important results is that popular oversight is one of the inevitable assumptions related to the assumptions of the principles of religion, and the nation should not give up or tolerate them, that the people’s oversight in Islamic Sharia is the promotion of virtue and the prevention of vice to review the actions of the caliphs and rulers, the Islamic nation succeeded and advanced over other nations because of the advantages Which is found in Islamic law and still is.
