Education consisted of (200) male and female counselors working in the districts of Dhi Qar, who were chosen by the stratified random method.
And to build standards against the positives sometimes, they apply sometimes, sometimes, sometimes, sometimes sometimes.
Upon correction, she is given grades (1,2,3,4,5) respectively.
The formulation of all paragraphs was with the idea of the topic, and after verifying the accuracy of the psychometric properties of the research scales and their paragraphs, the two research scales were applied to the basic research sample, which amounted to (200) a guide and a guide.
They were chosen by stratified random method, and the data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences SP.SS.
The results showed the following: 1- The educational counselors enjoyed a high degree of positive confrontation.
2- There are no statistically significant differences in the positive confrontation according to the gender variable (males, females).
The current research came out with a number of recommendations and suggestions.
