Abstract EN

This study investigated factors that contribute to success of cooperative teaching in a number of general education schools which excelled in application of this kind of teaching in the intermediate level in Riyadh region.

Aim of the study was to explore perceptions of those who work in the field of learning disabilities and their agreement on the most important factors that contribute to the success of this kind of teaching with female students with learning disabilities.

The study depended on the phenomena design.

Interviews were held with seven female participants who worked in the field of learning disabilities.

Results of the study revealed descriptions of those who work in the field of learning disabilities of the effect of personal, cognitive, administrative and professional factors that contributed to the success of cooperative teaching.

It also revealed deep and comprehensive conclusions that may contribute to the success of cooperative teaching with students with learning disabilities in other schools.

It offered recommendations and suggestions in light of these results.
