This research aims to clarify the importance of the relationship between legitimate jurisprudential alternatives and the emerging conditions during the Corona pandemic, by revealing the extent to which Covid 19 is considered one of the legal pandemics that resort to alternative provisions, indicating the meaning of the jurisprudential alternative and its controls, arriving at a set of results, the most important of which is that Covid 19.

It is one of the most powerful reasons for working with the legal licenses in many issues related to the provisions of worships, which would clarify the flexibility of Islamic Shariaa and its validity for every time and place, and show its distinguished approach in facilitating human beings and removing embarrassment from them.
