Abstract AR
يهتم هذا البحث بدراسة تكنولوجيا الاتصال الناطقة التي يستخدمها المعاقون بصريا.
إذ تعتبر هذه التكنولوجيا من أهم مجالات التأهيل و التدريب و التعليم بالنسبة للإعاقة البصرية.
فقد كان لهذه التكنولوجيا الفضل الأكبر في انفتاح العالم أمام المكفوفين بمختلف مجالاته الاجتماعية و الترفيهية و الثقافية و غيرها.
إذ أصبح المعاق بصريا جزءا من مجتمع الإنترنت و تكنولوجيا المعلومات اعتمادا على التقنيات الناطقة، سواء كانت أجهزة، برامج أو تطبيقات للهواتف المحمولة.
حيث تمثلت مشكلة البحث في الإجابة على التساؤل : ما العلاقة بين استخدام المراهقين المكفوفين لتكنولوجيا الاتصال الناطقة بتمكين تشكيل الوعي الثقافي لهم و على ذلك هدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على استخدام المراهقين المكفوفين لتكنولوجيا الاتصال الناطقة و علاقته بتشكيل الوعي الثقافي لهم.
و قد شملت عينة البحث ٢٠ مفردة من المراهقين المكفوفين من الذكور و الإناث طلاب و طالبات المرحلة الثانوية و السنة الأولى من الجامعة في محافظتي القاهرة و الجيزة، و الذين تتراوح أعمارهم ما بين 15 إلى 18 عاما.
اعتمد : هذا البحث على منهج المسح الإعلامي و الذي يعتمد على الأسلوب الوصفي في عرض المشكلة و محاولة التوصل إلى حلول لها.
و تمثلت أدوات جمع البيانات في استمارة استبيان من إعداد الباحث.
حيث شملت عبارات للكشف عن تقنيات الاتصال الناطقة من حيث مدى توافرها و أنواعها و إمكاناتها، و كذلك دورها في تشكيل الوعي الثقافي لدى المراهقين المكفوفين من حيث معرفة الأحداث و المشاركة الثقافية و إعمال العقل.
و قد قام الباحث بالعديد من الإجراءات لتطبيق هذا البحث تمثلت في : جمع المعلومات عن استخدام المراهقين المكفوفين لتكنولوجيا الاتصال الناطقة.
تصميم استمارة الاستبيان و تقنينها علميا بالأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة، و كذلك عرضها على مجموعة من السادة المحكمين المتخصصين في مجال تكنولوجيا المساعدة للمكفوفين.
تطبيق الاستمارة و استخلاص النتائج.
أظهرت النتائج وجود دور كبير لتكنولوجيا الاتصال الناطقة في مجال الوعي الثقافي للمراهقين المكفوفين من خلال الأجهزة و البرامج و التطبيقات المتاحة لهم مع اختلاف تأثير هذه التكنولوجيا بدرجات متفاوتة فيما بينها.
كما أوضحت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين كلا من الذكور و الإناث من المراهقين المكفوفين على مستوى الاهتمام بتشكيل الوعى الثقافي باستخدام التكنولوجيا الناطقة.
Abstract EN
This research seeks to study talking communication technologies used by the blind.
they are considered as an important factor in the assessment, training and education for the blind.
these technologies have been the greatest importance in opening up the world for the blind with its various social, entertainment, and culture as well as other ways.
so, the blind has become included with the internet and information technology society depending on talking technologies, whether they are devices, programs or mobile applications.
the study problem is revealed in answering the question : what is the role of the blind teenagers use of talking communication technologies in forming cultural awareness to them.
thus, the aim of this research is to identify the use of blind teenagers for talking communication technologies and its relation to forming their cultural awareness.
the sample of this research includes 20 male and female blind teenagers' students of high school or university in Cairo and Giza governorates, who are aged from 15 to 18.
this research uses the media survey method depending on the descriptive style in presenting the research and trying to find solutions.
this research tool is a questionnaire form prepared by the researcher.
it includes phrases to find out the talking communication technologies used by the blind with their availability, types and abilities, and its role in forming cultural awareness of the blind teenagers.
informed by the events, cultural participation and mental realization are examples of cultural awareness.
the research results showed that the talking communication technologies have a great role in the field of cultural awareness throughout the devices, programs and applications with their different effects.
findings also reveal that there are not statistically significant differences between male and female blind teenagers on the level of interest in forming cultural awareness using the talking communication technologies.
