تعد الشائعات أحد أخطر الظواهر التي اجتاحت المجتمعات الإنسانية و التي تؤثر على جميع مجالات الحياة السياسية و الاقتصادية و الاجتاعية و العسكرية و الأمنية داخلها، وهي تعتبر نوع من الحرب النفسية سلاحها الأخبار الكاذبة أو المغرضة الفتاكة و التي تشكل خطورة بالغة على أمن المجتمع و سلامته و مصالحه الوطنية و نظامه العام خاصة في ظل التطور العلمي الحديث و ظهور وسائل الاتصال الحديثة.
و نتيجة لذلك فقد اهتمت السياسة الجنائية الحديثة بمكافحة نشر و ترويج هذه الشائعات نظرا لانتشارها الواسع و تفاقم خطرها، و من خلال هذه الدراسة سيتم التعرض إلى موقف المشرع الجزائري من تجريمه لفعل نشر و ترويج الشائعات و الأخبار الكاذبة على ضوء المستجد من نصوص قانون العقوبات الجزائري
Abstract EN
: Rumors are one of the most serious phenomena that have engulfed human societies, they are considered a kind of psychological warfare weaponized by false or malicious deadly news, which poses a serious threat to the security, especially in light of modern scientific development and the emergence of modern means of communicatio, and through this study the position of the Algerian legislator will be exposed to his criminalization of the act of spreading and spreading false rumors and news in the light of the new provisions of the Algerian Penal Code.
