The current study aims to identify the manifestations of the quality of work life in the institution in light of the outbreak of the Covid 19 pandemic, as most institutions have applied preventive and precautionary measures to avoid infection of their employees and workers on the one hand and besiege the epidemic on the other hand, within the so-called health protocol, and since the institutions and their Headed by the university, the university is required to provide a healthy work environment that complies with international quality standards and provides its employees and professors with services and a general atmosphere in which security and job stability prevail and achieves their satisfaction in the first place.
