لقد أصبحت الهجرة غير الشرعية موضوع اهتمام كل الدول لأنها تشكل معضلة سواء بالنسبة للدول مصدر المهاجرين أو الدول المستقبلة لهم و هذه ظاهرة موجودة في شتى بقاع العالم لكنها تلقى إقبالا نحو الدول الأوروبية أكثر إذ تتعدد الأسباب و الدوافع وراء هذه الظاهرة، و منها الدوافع الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية و النفسية و السياسية، كما انه للهجرة الغير شرعية انعكاسات و أثار سلبية على دول الاستقطاب و أيضا على دول الطرد و على المهاجر الغير شرعي بحد ذاته، و تشمل الانعكاسات الصحية و الاجتماعية و الأمنية.
و سنتطرق في بحثنا هذا إلى مفهوم الهجرة غير الشرعية، و أسبابها، و أهم الآثار، النظريات المفسرة للهجرة الغير شرعية، و الانعكاسات الناجمة عن هذه الظاهرة.
Abstract EN
Illegal immigration has become a topic of interest to all countries because it poses a dilemma for both the countries of origin and the countries receiving them.
also, illegal immigration has negative repercussions and effects on the countries of polarization, as well as on the countries of expulsion and on the illegal immigrant per se, including health, social and security repercussions.
in our research, we will address the concept of illegal immigration, its causes, the most important effects, the theories explaining illegal immigration, and the repercussions resulting from this phenomenon.
