The study aims to identify the reality of the composition of the small categories of football in Algerian clubs and for this purpose we used the descriptive curriculum as a way to complete our research on a sample consisting of 20 coaches, walkers and president of a club selected in a random manner and to collect data we used a questionnaire form "after collecting and statistically addressing the results, it was concluded that the reality of the composition of the small categories in the western Algerian clubs is not in keeping with the requirements of the world's sporting development and does not adopt any modern composition based on scientific and professional requirements.
