Contractual security is considered a necessity for the protection of rights and the stability of transactions in the contractual relationship, as it reassures the parties to the contract of the contractual relationship arranged for rights and obligations.

The reality is far from destabilizing and destroying their transactions, and these foundations that must be available are many and varied, but we have touched here on some of them only, which are considered important and provide a minimum level of contractual security that constitutes a guarantee for individuals, allowing them to conclude their actions safe from legal surprises that threaten their dealings and affect their existing legal positions.
