Abstract EN

The relationship between human development policies and globalization is based on the principle of conflict between two opposing logics; each of them has the means of its work, the logic of its operation, and neither of them can dominate the societal scene except with the death of the other.

The policies of enslavement, marginalization, humiliation, corruption and other social phenomena that contradict human development indicators are not a temporary or an accidental phenomena, but rather they are at the core of the logic of the forces of financial and economic globalization that have produced a global “Tsunami” economic, social and financial collapse in our Arab countries, since they were able to extend their hegemony over them, and imposing its neo-liberal approaches in it, thus, young people were the most affected by foregoing policies.
