Abstract EN

The study aims to identify the obstacles to applying the principles of ergonomics in the physical education lesson.

The two researchers used the descriptive approach using the survey method.

The study sample was randomly selected from teachers and directors of physical education and the administration of basic education schools, where there are (7) educational departments in Alexandria, which are (Al-Montazah - East - West - Central - Burj Al Arab - Amriya - Customs) and the researchers chose 3 schools in the primary stage (private school - experimental school - government school) and 3 schools in the preparatory stage (private school - experimental school - government school) from each Educational administration, and the total sample amounted to (351), the sample of the exploratory study was 30, and the sample of the basic study was (321) of the total sample of the study.

The two researchers used the questionnaire (prepared by the researchers) as a tool for data collection.

17/10/2021 until 14/12/2021, and the results of the study concluded that the first principle of ergonomics, which emphasizes the guarantee and safety of physical education teachers, is not realized.

The second principle of ergonomics principles, which is to design and Managing the physical education lesson.

The third principle of ergonomics, which is a safe and healthy physical education lesson, is not achieved.

The fourth principle of ergonomics, which is individual differences and organizational steps, is not achieved in the physical education lesson.
