Abstract EN
The American expansion in drawing international policies and defining their main lines had a great role in increasing its interest in the Middle East region, of which the Red Sea is one of its important axes because it represents a strategic path for global transportation and its relationship to many regional and international conflicts such as the Arab-Israeli conflict, the Iranian-American conflict, and the pursuit of many international powers.
To establish military bases on its coasts that extend for tens of thousands of kilometers.
The research discussed the issue of the American control of the Red Sea by explaining the importance of the Red Sea as an Arab sea with a ratio of more than 90 percent of its coasts in terms of its importance in adopting international trade between the East and West of the Earth on the use of its waters and the containment of most of the countries bordering on it mineral resources, wonderful nature and coral coasts As well as it contains large quantities of oil and other minerals.
It was necessary for the United States to have motives that would enable it to control this important waterway at the political and economic levels.
Then the discussion touched on the mechanisms adopted by the United States to expand and control the Red Sea from the political and military point of view
