The current research aims to identify the nature of the relationship between stressful life situations and family cohesion, in addition to identifying the impact of study variables on each of the stressful life situations to which the research sample individuals are exposed and on family cohesion.

This has been used in the descriptive analytical approach, and has been used The questionnaire as a research tool.

research results: 1.

There is an inverse relationship between stressful situations and family cohesion.

There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the sample in stressful situations according to the study variables.

There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the sample members in family cohesion according to the study variables.

The most important recommendations: 1.

Educating family members on the importance of identifying sources of life stress and properly diagnosing them in order to be able to confront them effectively and competently.

Directing the sectors responsible for education to include intensive and continuous courses of study during the different educational stages, in a manner appropriate to the nature of the age groups of students, aimed at developing skills to face stressful situations in addition to instilling the values of family cohesion.

Activating the role of family counseling centers through setting up awareness programs and training courses collectively for family members, and preparing various activities and activities that contribute to providing strategies for improving the ability of family members to interact positively with stressful life situations.

4.

Use the language of the times represented in electronic applications and social media to spread awareness of the dangers of stressful situations and strategies for dealing with them, in addition to developing awareness of the values of family cohesion.
